However, it turned out that the locals were literally cut off from the outside world – the only car passage was blocked by more than a dozen cars that turned into a pile of metal.
“I bought a new car Lada Vesta Sport six months ago for 1.3 million rubles,” a resident of a neighboring house told the RG correspondent with tears in his eyes. – While I was sleeping, the neighbors called me early in the morning and told me what had happened. I immediately ran out of the house and was stunned: my car, chipped, lies at the bottom under a pile of others.
According to local residents, something like this had never happened before, and for them it was a real tragedy. The downpour started around 1:30 and two hours later the cars parked next to the houses began to float.
A neighbor from house number 66 was at the epicenter of the state of emergency. He drove home and was in the car when it started to rain.
– My car, along with several others, was lifted by a turbulent current of water and carried away, – he said. He didn’t even understand what was happening. Thank goodness he made it out quickly and remained intact.
