Kion has released the debut trailer for the second season of Kidney. Natalya Kustova, played by Lyubov Aksenova, will remain in the center of the plot. The release of the sequel to the adventure comedy will take place on March 8.
According to the plot, after a kidney transplant in Croatia, the main character is tormented by an irresistible passion for Misha, whose late mother gave him her organ. Natasha tries to help Misha, who also needs a transplant. However, she is categorically against it. A man stands in line for a transplant, in which there are 70 other people in front of him.
Together with Aksenova, Grigory Chaban, Dmitry Lysenkov, Anton Filipenko, Yanina Lakoba and Nikolai Fomenko played in the Kidney. Maria Shulgina took over the direction, she also wrote the script together with Elizaveta Tikhonova. The showrunner was Avdotya Smirnova.
Previously, Lyubov Aksenova voiced “Alice Through the Looking Glass” for Liters. The release was timed to coincide with Lewis Carroll’s birthday. Read more here.
