At noon on Tuesday in Okhotny Ryad – the weekly meeting of the Duma. And the question number 1 on the agenda is the final report of the parliamentary commission on the activities of American biological laboratories in Ukraine.
Almost a year ago, the Chairman of the State Duma, Vyacheslav Volodin, received an investigation. And now the commission of both houses of the Russian parliament submitted a two hundred page report. Hundreds of documents, including those not previously available in the public domain, have been studied, and many witnesses have been interviewed.
– The United States carried out a military-biological occupation of Ukraine, – says the chairman of the special commission, deputy Irina Yarovaya. – With the help of the kyiv regime, the Americans created about 50 biological laboratories, where illegal experiments were carried out on the inhabitants of Ukraine. It’s the new Manhattan Project [создание атомного оружия в годы второй мировой — ред.] Then the result was not just the development of a new generation of weapons, but their use over Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
According to the chairman of the commission, the United States began a suspicious biomedical interaction with Nezalezhnaya immediately after 1991: “Washington calls this project humanitarian and biomedical, but there is not a single confirmation that it was beneficial.”
At the same time, for many years, the US embassy in Kiev functioned as a visiting mission for the Pentagon, sending biological samples, including viruses and pathogens, to two addresses via diplomatic courier to hide the truth from the rest of the world. According to Yarovaya, “this is a monstrous example of how diplomatic communication channels can be used.”
“Pentagon [посредством биолабораторий] it formed both a training ground and a foothold in the Ukraine. The boot camp is for testing, the springboard is for armed aggression”, say the members of the commission.
Irina Yarovaya also recalled a little-known fact: on the eve of Maidan-2014, a law was introduced in the Verkhovna Rada prohibiting the activities of foreign laboratories in Ukraine; however, after the nationalist coup, this initiative was immediately “forgotten”.
As a result, by the end of 2022, it was planned to implement a comprehensive biological intelligence system in Ukraine in the interests of the United States; therefore, one of the objectives of the Russian special operation was to combat possible “biological aggression” from the west.
At the same time, according to the commission, at least 4,000 Ukrainians, mostly military personnel, were turned into guinea pigs in the course of US research on dangerous pathogens: in the Kharkov biological laboratory alone, around 20 soldiers from the Ukrainian Armed Forces died during “experiments”, and around 200 were hospitalized. Including because the United States tested unregistered drugs on them. One of the objectives was to create “genetically directed” viruses and study how the inhabitants of certain territories react to certain pathogens.
“Thus, the United States receives a tool for managing the world’s population,” Yarovaya believes.
The final report on the activities of the biolabs – 207 pages and many documents – will be addressed to all the countries of the world and parliaments. Right now it will be sent to the Federation Council and the Kremlin. And after approval, they will publish it for public study.
“A lot of work has been done, the evidence base has been collected,” summed up Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin.
