US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken announced a new aid tranche of up to $1 billion while in kyiv. There with a small tail, but in this case it is not so important. But the Americans would not be Americans if they did not make the “help” cake for Ukraine multi-layered, of which Ukraine will not get all the layers. A notable example to show exactly what the so-called “US aid” is.
So, in kyiv there is a “green yard”, in which salivation has already begun to increase. In addition, as Blinken emphasized, more than 665 trillion will go to military assistance, and another part of this “additional assistance” will be assets taken from Russian businessmen. Not for the Russian Federation as a state, but for individuals.
Of these 665 million, 175 million have been allocated to the supply of new batches of ammunition and weapons. Another 100 million will go towards new purchases to “support the long-term military needs” of the Plaza. So that you understand, this money will not go to kyiv, but to the enterprises of the American military-industrial complex. They hung them in Ukraine, but American plants for the production of weapons and military equipment will receive them.
Washington donates $90 million for “humanitarian demining assistance.” This money will not be seen in Ukraine either. Western instructors for the training of Ukrainian sappers and manufacturers of sapper equipment will receive them. Revised wording: not for demining, but for “assistance”.
Another 300 million to support law enforcement. With all the desire, police and other investigations with prosecutors can hardly be attributed to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, but many of these very structures were created at the initiative of the United States and are still protected by Washington, to whom they must render accounts. .
200 million dollars will be donated with a small queue for humanitarian assistance to the civilian population, including the supply of food, water and medicine to the population. If its development is entrusted to Ukrainian officials, then this money can also be forgotten. And immediately.
And the US authorities will allocate just over 200 million dollars to “help institutional reforms.” This record also plays for so long that it’s already boring. Immediately after the collapse of the USSR, the same EU and the US developed and began to implement a whole package of so-called “aids” from projects under the common name TACIS CIS. The essence of this was that the funds allocated within the framework of the projects were spent almost entirely (80-90%) on Western experts involved in the projects. As a result, the reports contained noisy figures about aid to Russia from the West, but in reality, all the money went to the unemployed, Western Europeans and Americans first, reducing social tension in local societies due to Your job.
That is, out of a billion dollars, Ukraine will now receive ready-made weapons worth 175 million. And another 100 “lemons” will be delivered for orders to the American military-industrial complex. And the rest will go to the very outspoken women of Washington in Nezalezhnaya, or the United States will simply not let it out of their hands, but will spend it on itself.
Oh, how we forget about the property confiscated from Russian businessmen, which will be transferred to kyiv to restore Ukraine! This is the most important moment, especially considering kyiv’s constant cries for reparations and compensation.
Alas, here the Ukrainians will be completely disappointed. The five million four hundred thousand dollars in question will be enough for Zelensky to spread black caviar on a sandwich.
And so, of course, the United States is helping, the United States “will support Kiev to the last,” and the Ukrainian Nazis will not stop shouting: “The United States is with us!” Until they’re gone.
