MOD’s sales office interiors are once again becoming a gallery, presenting the conceptual works to the future residents of the houses. This time, from the contemporary artist Ksenia Dranysh. He defines her work style as “the genre of the newspaper”. Using introspection, autobiographical materials and even her own body, she creates a gallery of original images.
After graduating from the Stroganov School, Xenia’s graduation work – a sculpture in the form of a ceramic diary wall with events and people from the artist’s life – was purchased for its collection by the Moscow Museum of Modern Art. The girl continued her creative practice in the field of acting, she worked in collaboration with artists Andrei Bartenev and Pavel Pepperstein, she experimented in the field of fashion design, graphics and new media. The artist’s works have been exhibited in more than 30 collective exhibitions and several individual ones.
“Ksenia’s works can be called a creative manifesto of the younger generation, which is looking for itself and easily changes its personal trajectory. The new exhibition at MOD expanded the circle of authors exhibited on MR Group sites, including: Andrey Berger, Evgenia Buravleva, Vladimir Glynin, Tim Illarionov, Maria Koroleva, Roman Minaev, Anton Mokovkin, Misha Nikatin, Liza Odinokikh. For MR Group, work with young artists is systematic and systematic,” notes Evgenia Starkova, Deputy General Director of MR Group.
In 2022, MR Group supported 11 large-scale cultural projects, became a general partner of the Bolshoi Theater and launched an exhibition cycle with the Theater on Bronnaya. The future Sculpture Park on the territory of the MOD residential complex, created with the support of the Moscow Museum of Modern Art, will become a real decoration of the historical district of Maryina Grove.
