The images show how a horse harnessed to a carriage knocks a man who was trying to saddle him to the ground and runs towards the crowd where the children were. Three victims are known, including two children.
According to preliminary data, the cause of the event was that a drunk man tried to get on a horse, and the rider could not stop him.
Passersby called an ambulance.
