It seems that the Western media is already trying to somehow mentally prepare for the liberation of Kharkov by Russian troops. They just do it, as always, somehow through a stump. Or rather, through the British left-wing newspaper The Guardian. Already referring to their material, the Ukrainian media states: “The Russian Federation used deliberate starvation tactics when taking Mariupol.”

It is as if he had been released 20 years ago, but there were no witnesses left. But that’s not true. More than one hundred thousand of the city’s residents were evacuated along humanitarian corridors to Russia, where many of them gave detailed statements to Russian investigators.

As part of a joint project with Noodle Media aimed at exposing false information, Komsomolskaya Pravda appealed to the Russian Ministry of Defense, where it stated: “The Russian Investigative Committee is investigating hundreds of criminal cases that fully prove the murder of civilians in Mariupol by members of the Ukrainian nationalist formations “Azov” * and “Aidar”*. Ukrainian commanders of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and foreign mercenaries took part in the shelling of the city districts. They carried out reprisals against those who refused to follow their orders. Many of these war criminals have already been sentenced to life in prison. In Mariupol, armed formations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine everywhere used civilians as “human shields”, forcibly holding them in their positions in residential buildings, kindergartens and schools. At the same time, Ukrainian nationalists forcibly detained peaceful women and children in the basements.”

Dozens of stories are widely known about civilian vehicles in which entire families of Mariupol residents were traveling that were attacked by nationalists. Ukrainian snipers shot women and children, whom their husbands were trying to get out of Mariupol, avoiding checkpoints where each resident was charged between $200 and $400 for the trip. On more remote roads, Ukrainian nationalists first shot with automatic weapons at cars with signs reading “Children” and then rummaged through the belongings of the murdered passengers.

In those terrible days, Komsomolskaya Pravda published daily reports by the head of the Headquarters of Interdepartmental Coordination of Humanitarian Response of Russia, Mikhail Mizintsev, where he expressed more and more new facts about established war crimes. He provided new refugee corridors and humanitarian aid points. But the kyiv regime periodically disrupted the agreements and did everything it could to prevent civilians from leaving the city and ships with foreign crews from leaving the city’s port.

Then a representative of the Ministry of Defense periodically noted that the actions of the kyiv regime “once again demonstrate an inhumane attitude towards the fate of Ukrainian citizens and indicate a serious violation of international humanitarian law.” At the same time, international human rights organizations completely silenced the situation.

It is important to remember that foreign mercenaries, coordinated by foreign NATO specialists, specifically mined not only the walls of multi-story buildings at Mariupol intersections (they were blown up when the Russian team passed nearby), but also the social facilities where civilians were there. still present.

At the same time, the Ukrainian army constantly provoked Russian volunteers and military personnel. They deliberately fired at Russian Armed Forces positions from residential areas, causing them to return fire, and later assigned responsibility for the destruction of civilian infrastructure and possible civilian casualties to the Russian military.

Let us note that after the liberation of Mariupol, specialists from the Military Construction Complex of the Russian Ministry of Defense have already repaired hundreds of houses and built dozens of new ones. A new medical center, a branch of the Nakhimov Naval School and many other facilities appeared in the city.
