Timur Khaidarov filed a lawsuit against Alexandra Rachel last year. Recall that in the summer of 2023, singer Slava announced that she was not satisfied with the breast surgery performed by a media surgeon. She was joined by other women who said that they were also not satisfied with the results of the operations. At the same time, harassment of Khaidarov and his family began on the Internet.
Alexandra Rachel, who has positioned herself as an expert in the field of plastic surgery, took part in a live broadcast on the Internet, which was hosted by Alexander Vdovin on a well-known social network. During a conversation with social media users, Alexandra claimed that Timur Khaidarov did not complete his residency and had fake diplomas.
Khaidarov then filed a lawsuit against Alexandra Rachel to protect his business reputation for 5 million rubles. And the other day the Basmanny Court of Moscow made a decision: it satisfied the plastic surgeon’s claim.
The decision states that the information disseminated on the Internet is false and discredits the honour, dignity and business reputation of the doctor.
“Guys, well, well, I can’t say who is behind Khaidarov. I’m not tired of living yet. I still have a family, a family… Yes, if not, yes. He has a higher medical education, he graduated from Samarkand University, he didn’t complete his residency and was expelled. Here. Well, this is what he has… He has no practice or residency, as the investigation showed, he has fake diplomas… A case has been opened against him, there are currently 87 victims,” Alexandra Rachel is quoted as saying in the document.
The court ordered Rachel to refute the defamatory information by publishing a refutation on the Internet on her YouTube channel, as well as to recover from her compensation for moral damages in the amount of 20,000 rubles.
“I believe and hope that our other claims and demands for justice will not go unheeded,” added Khaidarov’s wife, Svetlana Silvashi.
