The creators note that the series is a logical continuation of the film “South Wind” – the largest Balkan film project in the last decade (and involved a significant part of the actors who starred in the new project).
At the center of the story is the conflict between the Belgrade crime boss Petar Marash (Milos Bikovich) and “Red”, the shadow cardinal of the Serbian criminal community (Aleksandar Bercek), who cannot divide the allocation of land between them, where the gas passes the section of the pipeline, the subject of special attention of the Russian and American special services. Saving his life, Marash leaves for Russia, where he inadvertently becomes an accomplice in the murder of secret agent Larisa’s brother, making him the object of hunting by representatives of three states. In addition to Marash, his entire family and close circle of him become the target.
The film was also attended by: Eric Roberts, William Baldwin, Miodrag Radonich, Jovana Stoyilkovic, Predrag Miki Manoilovich, Alexei Guskov, Alexei Grishin, Alexander Ustyugov and others.
Milos Bikovich, in his own words, is very pleased that the project, into which he has invested so much effort as a producer and as an actor, will soon be available to Russian viewers. They will be able to observe the gloomy underground world and draw their own conclusions about it, being at a safe distance.
Filming of the series took place in Russia, Serbia, Croatia and Montenegro. It is a co-production created with the participation of Milos Bikovich’s company Archangel Digital Studios and Danila Sharapov and Petr Anurov’s Mediaslovo film company and will be available for viewing at Okko’s online cinema on March 8, 2023.
