The former Starbucks Reserve Bar has been transformed by Irina Glick’s Geometry Design Studio into a light-filled space with Mykonos motifs, floor-to-ceiling windows and a commanding green stone open plan kitchen. All because of the new project by Anton Pinsky and Vladimir Chistyakov The Greeks. Greek dishes are prepared according to the family recipes of the chef’s grandfather, Nikita Brekhov. In everything – simple combinations with pure and bright flavors: Mediterranean sea bream aqua pazza (950 rubles), octopus with pickled peppers (550 rubles), fried halloumi with mostarda (650 rubles), zucchini chips (680 rubles), fusilli with kufta ( 750 rubles) and, of course, you cannot do without Greek salad (850 rubles) – feta is cut right at the table.
