It is planned to start processing milk and producing fermented milk products at the plant this spring.
The second resident – the Orenburg Distribution Center – is building a universal warehouse for the storage and transportation of food and non-food products. Here, too, the thermal circuit is closed, the equipment is installed and adjusted. According to plans, the completed facility will be put into operation in the third quarter of this year.
As for the rest of the residents, two companies, Gazprom LNG Technologies (GSPGT) Orenburg and OrenModul, plan to put the companies into operation in the second half of 2024. The development and preparation of the documentation necessary for start-up is currently underway. of the construction.

SEZ “Orenburg” will be located on two sites: in Orenburg (380 hectares) and in Orsk (180 hectares). The total amount of investments is 2.5 billion rubles. In total, it is planned to build and rebuild more than 30 infrastructure facilities. In addition to creating a modern industrial infrastructure, access to utilities and power grids, as well as rail and road routes, will be provided here.
The SEZ site will have a zero interest rate on property taxes, transportation and land taxes. Import duties and customs VAT will also be zero percent. Income tax reduced to two percent.
The construction of the special economic zone will begin in the second half of 2022, after the approval of the necessary documents. The launch of the SEZ is scheduled for early 2024.
Residents of the special economic zone will create more than 900 new jobs.
