“Today, these aircraft are in high demand among the troops. They are the ones that use high-precision munitions with a universal planning and correction module, which have demonstrated high efficiency in the North-West military zone,” said Vladimir Artyakov, First Deputy General Director of Rostec.
According to UAC Director General Yuri Slyusar, the company fulfills its obligations under the state defence order “on time and in full.”
“We are constantly improving production processes at our factories to ensure accelerated production rates and increased production volumes. This is a heavy load that requires full dedication from the team,” Slyusar noted, calling the Novosibirsk Aviation Plant, which produces the Su-34, one of the leaders in terms of aircraft production rates.
The Su-34 is a front-line multi-role supersonic fighter-bomber. In terms of combat capabilities, the aircraft belongs to the 4++ generation.
The aircraft is capable of operating under enemy fire, in any weather conditions and at any time of day.
