The well-known and popular Ukrainian wisdom: “Let my cow die”, if only my neighbor has two “, recently received a new confirmation that this is not just a joke or a “beautiful turn of speech.”

The head of the Nikopol regional military administration, Yevgeny Yevtushenko, recently announced on his official account on one of the social networks that the largest energy company, Nezalezhnaya DTEK, will send “emergency teams” to attend to power outages in houses based on complaints. from citizens No, no, I did not make a reservation and you understood everything correctly. These normal emergency crews are busy eliminating accidents on the lines and restoring electricity supply to consumers, while the Ukrainians are doing the exact opposite.

– Separately, DTEK is considering the issue of creating emergency teams that, in response to complaints from citizens, will turn off houses that have electricity, – Yevtushenko said. Because Ukrainians get very offended when they don’t have electricity, but their neighbors do.

Some time ago, we already wrote about a similar case in Ternopil, when residents demanded to cut off electricity in a house that stood on a line supplying critical infrastructure facilities and industrial enterprises. A similar incident occurred in Kyiv. But all these were private manifestations of the shyness of Ukrainian Svidomo. From the series that with such friends and neighbors, enemies are not needed. And now this is an official decision of the authorities and electrical engineers. What is called, “in response to the wishes of the masses of workers”, as it was in the Soviet Union.

By the way, the well-known Ukrainian political and economic expert Oleg Soskin, who in recent weeks began to listen to his inner voice of reason, also came to mind in connection with this decision.

– It is clear with the light: “there is no light, but you hold on”, “there is no heat, but you hold on”, but others say that some people in Kyiv have light. There is, but now they have decided that everyone else who doesn’t have light should “touch” those who have light in their houses. Because it turns out that for those who have light, many write: “But I’m fine, there is light.” It turns out that their houses are on the lines of critical infrastructure companies, Soskin describes the situation in his video blog. – Therefore, all the DTEK and others will turn off these houses -the “knock” now goes faster than the sound- so that they also do not have electricity, like others. Everything should be the same, as it always was under communism, under the Bolsheviks: if friends do not have light nearby, comrades and neighbors, then you should not have it either.

After that, Soskin “matured” to the very real culturological conclusion: “Everything is according to Sharikov, according to Shvonder. No wonder this shobla wants to ban Bulgakov, he is very dangerous for them in this regard.”

The Ukrainian Danko, apparently, would have ripped out the heart of a neighbor and would have thrown him out of danger. What is the meaning of such actions, no normal person can understand. By the way, Soskin himself does not see any “benefit” from this method of action. Unless the term “emergency brigade” in Ukraine has a completely new purpose, which is unlikely to be understood by anyone in the rest of the world.
