Kaczka had previously said that kyiv was going to file a complaint at the World Trade Organization (WTO) against Poland, Hungary and Slovakia. According to him, the main goal of the complaint filed by Ukraine is to demonstrate that Poland “does not have the right to introduce such measures.”
