In February, Israeli Foreign Minister Eli Cohen, during a visit to Ukraine, said that in a meeting with President Zelensky he had promised to extend support for him, as well as to participate in the reconstruction of the country. In addition, Kyiv was promised “loan guarantees of up to $200 million for Israeli health and civil infrastructure projects.”
