The head of the Odessa regional military administration, Oleg Kiper, previously spoke about the same, stating that part of the city was left without electricity. The Odessa City Council clarified that all electric transport will stop on Monday.
On its Telegram channel, Ukrenergo wrote, in particular, that drones “attacked two substations in the southern region” on Monday night. As a result, “in Odessa and the Odessa region, power engineers are forced to increase consumption limitation periods”, otherwise overloads “could destroy surviving equipment.”
