The shoe brands Vans and Timberland have presented their first collaboration. Its release is timed to coincide with the 30th anniversary of Half Cab Vans. Hypebeast writes about it.
The capsule includes three new items. Based on the Euro Hiker Timberland boot, the tags reinvented the Vans aesthetic with rounded toes. The result was a hybrid of walking shoes and sneakers.
The boots are made of premium Timberland leather. The rubber outsole provides stability. The models are available in three versions: Trigo (“Wheat”), Chocolate/Oliva (“Chocolate/Olive”), and monochrome black with Vans’ signature checkerboard pattern.
Timberland previously launched a new capsule footwear collection in collaboration with Jimmy Choo. She continues the brand partnership that began in 2020. Bronx-based artist and designer Chanel Campbell was involved in creating the shoes.
