Vera Brezhneva and Konstantin Meladze left for Europe more than a year ago. The couple settled in Italy, where they have luxurious villas in Forte dei Marmi and on the shores of Lake Garda. They perform at corporate parties for the Russian-speaking audience. And the other day it became known that the artists put up for sale a mansion next to Sergei Svetlakov for 300 million rubles.
Vera Brezhneva and Konstantin Meldaze have not appeared in Russia for more than a year. They have a big house here. It recently became known that it is looking for new owners.
A huge three-story mansion in an elite town has a striking style. The house with an area of 700 square meters was originally intended to be rented. But apparently it didn’t work.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with panoramic windows and a fireplace. On the second floor there are three bedrooms with walk-in closets. The third floor is an attic.
Remember that in Europe, Brezhneva and Meladze have luxury real estate in the Forte dei Marmi complex and on Lake Garda. According to rough estimates by real estate agents, each villa costs between two million euros. Vera has repeatedly shown fans olive groves and a chic terrace. Both houses are made in bright colors, which is quite logical for warm Italy.
