– The court decided to satisfy the request of the investigation and choose a restraining measure in the form of detention for two months against the man, – noted the press service of the Kuban courts.
It was previously reported that a blogger from St. Petersburg was detained in Sochi. A criminal case was opened against him for the torture of a baby. The father starved the boy, as a result of which he died.
The mother of a child who died of exhaustion was placed under house arrest and criminal proceedings were opened against her for causing the wrongful death. Both cases were merged into a single proceeding. The report on the investigation was demanded by the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, Alexander Bastrykin.
