Violetta Topolaga was born on November 30, 1935 in Vladivostok, where she grew up. In 1953 she entered the Institute of Technology, she took part in amateur performances. Upon graduation, she returned to Vladivostok and worked as an engineer.
When the recruitment to the Far Eastern State Institute of Arts, which was being created, was announced, where Boris Kulnev from the Shchukin School organized the theater department, a creative competition was held and he was accepted for the course. When he was still in his second year, he began to study with recruited students. She received a diploma as an actress, but ultimately chose pedagogy.
For three years he worked at the Krasnodar Institute of Culture. Since 1974, at the invitation of Olga Starostina, director, teacher of GITITS, she teaches at the VGAI. Topolaga’s students include two popular artists and thirteen honorees including Valery Egorov, Anatoly Ustinov, Marina Rusakova, Konstantin Topolaga.
