As noted by the chairman of the Voronezh Regional Duma, Vladimir Netesov, the revision of parameters was associated with the clarification of the volume of income and the redistribution of funds between different recipients.
As a result, the revenues of the regional budget in 2024 as a whole increased by 2.4 billion rubles and amounted to more than 175.9 billion. Expenses increased by almost 36.1 billion rubles, thus exceeding 221.6 billion rubles. The technical budget deficit increased by almost 33.8 billion rubles and reached 45.7 billion rubles.
– Additional funds will be used to meet social obligations, equip health, educational, sports and cultural facilities, modernize the road network, update the bus fleet and municipal equipment, improve public areas, organize recreation and care health for children and young people, and resettle citizens. of the inadequate housing stock, carrying out activities related to supporting the SVO. In addition, significant funds were allocated for the construction and renovation of various facilities, from hospitals and sports complexes to communication services, – said Vladimir Netesov.
More than ten billion were added to the activities of the Ministry of Highways, including more than 9.4 billion to finance the road fund of the Voronezh region. Taking this into account, the Dorf Fund for the current year includes 29.1 billion.
The Ministry of Housing, Communal Services and Energy of the region will be able to invest more than 2.5 billion in various projects, of which almost 1.1 billion will be allocated to landscaping and more than 756 million to the purchase of municipal equipment.
The regional Ministry of Education will receive more than 960 million additional: 450 – to improve the territory of schools and kindergartens, 220 – to organize recreation and improve the health of children, 117 – to provide scholarships to universities , 50 – to repair buildings of educational centers organizations and, finally, 24 million – for the purchase of buses for universities.
The Ministry of Social Protection has distributed more than 500 million, of which 300 million to improve the living conditions of families with five or more children. Additional funding will completely resolve this issue.
In addition, reserved funds related to the peculiarities of the execution of the regional budget increase by more than 11 billion. They will be distributed further as part of the following adjustments.
