In 2023, the attention of loved ones has become the most desired gift for men on February 23. This was the opinion of 33% of the men surveyed. 40% of women said they would congratulate their men with a gala dinner. In 2019, only 6% of respondents wanted care and only 4% of women wanted to cook dinner.
In 2019, the most desired gift by men was a tourist trip – 22%, and this year only 10% of the stronger sex chose a trip. During this time, men’s need for care from the state has also grown: 11% in 2023 against 2% in 2019.
Among the material gifts that men expect: 8% – tools, 7% – items for fishing, 7% – money, 6% – a book, 5% – tickets to a concert, theater, 5% – a mobile phone. 14% do not want any gift.
The perception of vacations in people’s minds is also changing. If in 2005-2006 the opinion prevailed that February 23 is the holiday of all men (in 2005 – 46%, in 2006 – 42%), today the opinion is growing that February 23 is the Day of all the Russian military (41%).
