Nutritionist Olga Panova urged not to fill the New Year’s table with a large number of fatty dishes. The quarter of salads with mayonnaise, sandwiches with butter and caviar, meat in French is not the best option. Having tried all this, you can earn a cholesterol hit in one meal.
“Bake meat with vegetables, not potatoes and mayonnaise,” the expert advised in an interview with aif.ru, adding that it is better to limit yourself to a mayonnaise salad (“Olivier” or “Herring under a fur coat”, according to preferences), instead of sandwiches with caviar, prepare an appetizer on half a quail egg or on a cucumber circle with a lettuce leaf and young cottage cheese.
All this can be decorated with a handful of caviar.
A double blow to the body provokes the use of alcoholic beverages along with juices and soda, warned Olga Panova. Sugar and alcohol interfere with normal digestion, and half-life products will remain in the body. In addition, all this negatively affects the intestines, creating a “soil” for the reproduction of dangerous bacteria. It is recommended to mix alcohol (if you are not ready to give it up completely) only with water: for every glass of champagne you drink, drink two glasses of water.
It is better to forget about desserts on New Year’s Eve. This is an additional test for the body, already overloaded with food. It is best to drink tea with sweets the next day.
