Kologrivy again found himself at the center of a scandal. The incident occurred in Novosibirsk, Nikita’s hometown. On the night of March 19, the actor visited a hookah bar, where he drank too much alcohol and began flirting with the waitress. When she refused, Kologrivy, 29, bit the girl’s leg and then got into a fight with the guards. The bar’s management contacted the police.
Currently, an administrative protocol has already been drawn up under the article of minor hooliganism and the actor himself is in a special detention center. Tomorrow there will be a trial that will sentence the rioters.
KP.RU asked famous lawyers what could threaten Kologriv because of his drunken behavior.

“Minor vandalism, that is, the violation of public order, which expresses a clear lack of respect for society, accompanied by obscene language in public places, offensive harassment of citizens, as well as destruction or damage to other people’s property, entails the imposition of an administrative fine. for an amount of five hundred to one thousand rubles or an administrative fine of up to fifteen days of arrest,” Elena Senina explained to KP.RU. “However, if he has not previously been charged with administrative or criminal liability and is assessed positively, then the most likely result is the imposition of an administrative fine.”
But another well-known lawyer, Alexander Karabanov, compared Kologrivoy’s fight to the antics of footballers Mamaev and Kokorin, who started a fight in a Moscow cafe in 2018. They then beat up the visitor, the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade official, Denis Pak. Both players were sent to prison for almost a year.

“Having studied the internal surveillance cameras of the cafe in which the fight with the participation of Nikita Kologrivoy took place, we can conclude that his actions contain signs of a crime provided for in art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Hooliganism”, that is, a serious violation of public order, expressing a clear lack of respect for society. This is punishable by a prison sentence of up to 5 years. In addition, during the control prior to the investigation, the waitress’s testimony that Kologrivy sexually harassed her and bit her on the leg will be evaluated. This may be the basis for adding additional items to the charge. Almost six years ago, famous footballers Mamaev and Kokorin were arrested and convicted for a similar incident in a cafe,” said Alexander Karabanov.
However, according to the lawyers, the case may be dismissed after a reconciliation between the parties. In fact, the actor needs to apologize and reconcile with the injured party.
