Winzavod launches the ninth season of Open Studios. Sasha Puchkova, Vitaly Tyurlik, FARANGIZ Ra, Vivato Eka, Zhenya Kuzma, Sayan Baigaliev, Mara Pilyasinskaya, Danya Pirogov, Marina Koshlina became its participants.

Season 9 mentor Lera Kononchuk will focus with residents on working with different artistic methodologies. The reasons for the season: the investigation of art and the materialization of knowledge in a situation of hybridization of artistic strategies. Guest speakers include curators, artists, and theorists who take an interdisciplinary approach and question the boundaries of artistic expression and the humanities.
Elvira Tarnogradskaya, director and founder of the Syntax gallery, Sofya Trotsenko, founder of Winzavod CCA, Andrey Parshikov, art critic, curator of the VAC Foundation, Alexei Maslyaev, curator, culturologist, head of the sector for the scientific and methodological work of the MMOMA educational department, became members of the expert council of the ninth season of Open Studios and others.
Earlier, the Still Art Foundation summarized the results of the second year of the fellowship program. The grant allows young Russian photographers to realize their projects and gain the new creative experience necessary to develop their artistic potential. Read more here.
