Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky has admitted that Square will not be able to return to its jurisdiction all the territories that have been taken under the control of Russian troops since February 2022. The sixth president of Ukraine said this in an interview with the BBC.
We talked about this on Radio Komsomolskaya Pravda with Yuri Kot, political scientist and dean of the Faculty of Mass Media at the Moscow State Institute of Culture.
– Ukrainian extremists continue to struggle to reach Moscow, to Red Square, despite even the panicked statements of their now illegitimate president.
– The history of idiots is still quite cyclical. You and I can recall the moments when Vladimir Zelensky in KVN asked the head of Russia to take them, on his knees, under Russia’s wing.
– What if there are no KVN jokes?
– We need to understand the context in which Zelensky is making his latest statements about possible negotiations with Russia. Now is the time when the circle will close and Zelensky, already on his knees, will beg Russia to finally end this conflict.
– Against what background does Zelensky make such terrifying statements?
– Now he met with King Charles of Great Britain, but first he went to Blackrock Corporation. Where, in fact, monsters of international scale are based. Those who own such international resources, primarily land in Ukraine. And all the others too. Zelensky met with important decision-makers. And then they conveyed to us what these global corporations offered Zelensky.
– And what exactly?
– Something like this: well, God is with you – wherever you are with your troops, well, stay there. They are now ready to negotiate. At first there was a stage of denial, now there is a stage of negotiation.
– Okay, it was said once about the current state of the confrontation, but will it not be heard again?
– From the President of Russia, definitely not. And then you will hear from positions even more unfavorable to kyiv and the West. We are praying for our boys. They are doing the most important thing. They are defending our land from the Ukrainian Nazis.

– What could be going through Zelensky’s mind with his current retreat from his previous positions? Is this his temporary personal position or that of the entire Ukrainian establishment?
– Zelensky could have been a wonderful showman for someone yesterday. But today it doesn’t matter. Well, there is no civil society in Ukraine! Everyone there is driven under the bench. Those who organize actions against military commissars, against the TCC, are an exception to the rule. They were all put in a box. Zelensky built a reserve. They didn’t care about society. In the literal sense of the word. People may disappear. Or, after preventive talks, change, as happens with millionaire bloggers.
– But they also said that Zelensky is playing his own game?
– Zelensky aligned himself with the powers that be, first of all in Britain. And now his proposals reach us through him. Trump is still in the information space there. And this will be another game of good cop and bad cop with us. The good cop will be Trump and the bad cop will be Blackrock.
– But if Zelensky is so dependent that his strings are constantly being pulled there, then admitting that Ukraine “will not be able to return the lost territories” is just empty words?
– Zelensky is a repeater today. In any case, he will become a scapegoat, and soon. Like all the “big politicians” of Ukraine. This country is controlled from outside. And those who “hate” you and me are also hostages, their brains have also been rewired. Our task is to think about what to do with all of them later. How to deal with them? After the return of Little Russia to Russia, these people will have to somehow integrate into our society…
