He noted that the stalemate means an increase in the cost of military operations, and kyiv’s partners must understand this.
Podolyak also said that now the Ukrainian army is only defending itself and does not have the resources for “effective offensive actions.”
Ukraine’s allies are in no hurry to provide military assistance. “The supply of weapons is too slow,” Zelensky’s comrade-in-arms emphasized.
