“Updated data on the tragedy in Brovary: 16 people died, including 3 children,” Tymoshenko said.
Also, according to him, 30 people were hospitalized, including 12 children. Previously, some 18 dead and 29 injured were reported.
Tymoshenko noted that the search work is still ongoing.
On January 18, a helicopter run by the Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs crashed into a kindergarten building in Brovary. All on board died.
The causes of the accident are still unclear. The Ministry of the Interior calls three versions of the accident. At the same time, the media believe that the car could also have been shot down by Ukrainian air defense.
