Digimon’s journey to the silver screen will continue very soon with the premiere of Digimon Adventure 02: The Beginning, the film that has finally revealed its release date in a new trailer and promotional image.
Another adventure of DigiDestined and Digital Monsters continues the events of the film Digimon Adventure: Last Evolution Kizuna (2022). The first preview of the movie allows us to see the main characters of the anime Digimon Adventure 02 (2001) in the same form as in Kizuna’s Last Evolution, only this time they will be the main characters of the new movie.
Digimon Adventure 02: The Beginning will premiere in Japan on October 27, 2023. Below is a new promotional image for the film featuring Daisuke Motomiya, Ken Ichijouji, Miyako Inoue, Iori Hida as well as Takeu Takaishi and Hikari as the main characters. The Yagami that were part of the DigiDestined from the first Digimon Adventure series and the “DNA evolution” of their Digimon.
Finally, we may see a new character and a new Digimon joining the film and probably in the same role as Menoa Bellucci and Morphomon in the previous film.
