Jujutsu Kaisen was on everyone’s lips again thanks to the recent leak of episode 212 of the manga, which revealed events that took all readers by surprise. With this, it seems like the whole story will take a new course that no one foresaw, unless something else happens to turn the sorcerers of the Tokyo Metropolitan Magical Technical College on its head again.
Being a print edition in Weekly Shonen Jump, it’s not uncommon for series like Jujutsu Kaisen to leak before it’s official publication, and this happened with episode 212 of the manga, written and illustrated by Gege Akutami. Now the footage shows a completely unexpected scene that could change the fate of Yuji Itadori and set the course for the end of the story.
In the general panels, it is seen that Ryōmen Sukuna took possession of Itadori’s body in order to subdue Megumi Fushiguro and use unprecedented tactics:
The result of Sukuna’s precision attack: taking possession of Fushiguro’s body to turn it into his new container. Itadori only watches the scene in horror, realizing that there is no longer a drop of the power of the King of Curses in his body.
Episode 212 of Jujutsu Kaisen leaves us with more questions than answers after Sukuna’s unexpected move. Maybe Sukuna’s original plan was always to get hold of Fushiguro, or did he use Itadori for some other reason, perhaps to get to know his true prey better?
