As mentioned in his nickname, Naruto’s tailed beasts have always been represented by some animal or mythological character from Japan, and cosplay made by Thesnowdrifter (Pinterest) changed this idea by turning Kurama into a waifu.
The outfit is a combination of accessories belonging to ninja uniforms (including a bandana with Konoha’s emblem) and some skins with different shades of orange (very similar to Kurama’s color palette when his Yin and Yang chakras were separated by Minato).
Finally, his physical characteristics include 9 tails that give him the nickname Kyubi, a mustache painted on his cheeks, and a pair of pointed ears that stick out of his head. This humanized version of Kyubi is not too far from possibility, since, according to Japanese folklore, the kitsune (the mythological beast on which Kurama is based) can transform into a beautiful woman or an old woman depending on the person who sees it.
In addition, thanks to its huge number of chakras, the nine-tailed fox also knows tame seals and can reproduce Naruto’s sexy jutsu to make a human version of it (or she… Baia Baia).
What do you think of this “humanized” Kurama cosplay? The first anime adaptation contains 700 episodes in the main story, which you can watch on Crunchyroll in the original language with subtitles. Thanks to the 20th anniversary of the series, Naruto will return with a new “anime” this year with a series of episodes inspired by the first part of the series.
