The One Piece anime remake unveils first images | The Spaghetti Code

A few months ago it was revealed that One Piece would be getting a remake series from Netflix, one of the projects that has attracted attention in the anime industry as it is a completely new version of what is known about the work created by Eiichiro Oda, but now news has emerged regarding this project that will be handled by Wit Studio.

As part of the second day of One Piece Day 2024, details about this new anime were revealed, in which the studio in charge talked about it in an interview along with a couple of images of what will be seen in the series, as well as revealing the designs of the main characters such as Luffy, Zoro, Ussop, Nami and Sanji, who will form the Straw Hat crew.

On the other hand, the producers of what will be known as The One Piece have been confirmed, such as director Masashi Koizuka, known for bringing us Attack on Titan, meaning that we can expect excellent quality in terms of story, while the story adaptation is done by Taku Kishimoto, character designs by Kyoji Asano and Takatoshi Honda, and concept art by Yasuhiro Kajino.

Also in the overall video, the people from Wit Studio are shown talking about their love for the franchise while also showing off the art of production in this adaptation of The One Piece, even seeing character design sheets, preliminary art of some scenes of East Blue and even 3D anime renderings of Shells Town and more.

So far, no details about the premiere of this anime or even a trailer have been revealed, but the fact that it will be released on the Netflix platform is a fact.
