Former Zenit and Russia striker Andrei Arshavin is included in the St. Petersburg club’s newly formed board of directors. This was reported by the press service of the blue-white-blue.
According to the source, the club’s board consists of ten people, including president Alexander Medvedev and head coach Sergei Semak. It is reported that the body was founded with the objective of systematizing and streamlining the decision-making process that will be taken collectively.
Recall that since January last year, Arshavin has held the post of deputy general director of the club for sports development at Zenit.
