According to the source, the footballer asked the club management to let him go this winter, however, in St. Petersburg they are in no hurry to part with one of the team leaders.
It is noted that the amount of the agreement could reach 17 million euros, 2 of which will go to the footballer’s former team, Red Bull Bragantino, which retained 20% of the midfielder’s rights.
Let’s remember that Claudinho, 25, has been playing for the Russian club since August 2021. He has made 19 appearances this season, scoring 3 goals and providing 8 assists. His contract with Zenit is valid until June 2027.
