Instead of going to court, Arman should give away tickets to the McGregor fight.

The UFC 300 anniversary tournament was remembered not only for its brilliant knockouts and strong banners, but also for the incident involving Arman Tsarukyan and one of the fans attending the tournament.

During his fight with Charles Oliveira, Armand reacted to an indecent gesture from a fan and almost got into a fight with him. After the fight, Tsarukyan explained: “He showed me the middle finger and wanted to hit me. I tried to hit him back. You can show me your middle finger from a distance of 200 meters; I won’t be able to hit you. But if you are close, the blow automatically flies. I am from Russia. So don’t do that. Otherwise, I will go to jail here.”

And Dana White said at a news conference that perhaps the incident would result in litigation. But former double champion Daniel Cormier was practically delighted: “Do you remember when Khabib grabbed Artem Lobov? He grabbed him by the face and whipped him because the guy talked too much. And now Tsarukyan hit a fan. “Arman and Khabib have a lot in common in terms of mentality.”

Arman himself expected to be in trouble for what happened, but he was not too worried. The fighter spoke about the incident only with his manager: “My manager talked to me. He said, “Don’t do this again, because next time there may be even more enemies and you will waste your energy.” I responded, “Okay, I understand.”

As a result, the entire case was resolved without trial and without any procedure. A fan named Oubed Ardon immediately assured that on his part there were no complaints against either Tsarukyan or the UFC. After the tournament, representatives of the Bloody Elbow portal spoke with the fan: “I’m not going to sue. I didn’t even have that thought. The first thought that came to my mind was: “I hope they don’t kick me out of the tournament.” I would like to apologize to Armand. I provoked him by showing him the middle finger. He had been drinking all day and I was not in the right condition. It was my first time at a UFC event and it was absolutely incredible. I’m glad the incident wasn’t that bad. I want to make it clear: I didn’t pressure Armand, I didn’t insult him, I just gave him the middle finger. Congratulations to Armand for an incredible performance and good luck in the title fight.”

It’s too early for Tsarukyan to fight Makhachev:

Tsarukyan is not ready for a rematch with Makhachev. The future fight will take Armand out of the belt for a long time.

The fan later turned to Dana White and asked him to give him and his friends a free pass to UFC 303, where Conor McGregor will return to the octagon.

The fan also managed to contact Tsarukyan: “Yes, he apologized to me and it’s good that he did. But he asked me to get him tickets to the UFC tournament where Conor would fight. “Then I have to give him a fine.”

Arman’s interviewer correctly pointed out that the ticket would cost less than the trial. Now Tsarukyan can continue celebrating his victory over Charles Oliveira and prepare for a title fight. Arman is the number one contender, his last interviews are already dedicated to the current champion Islam Makhachev. The main thing is to be more restrained next time, otherwise the fan may turn out to be much less accommodating.
