The captain of Cerro Porteño, Alexis Duarte, signed a contract with Spartak Moscow.
According to the press service of the Muscovites, the footballer’s contract is valid until 2027. For the capital club, the Paraguayan will play at number 4. The amount of the transfer is not disclosed.
Let’s remember that Duarte plays central. He has played in the Cerro Porteño first team since January 2020. The player has 107 appearances, 1 goal and 3 assists. He also received 20 yellow cards and one red.
Earlier, Spartak signed Benfica defender Tomas Tavares.
