The England players defeated the Ukrainian team in the group C match of the Euro 2024 qualifying tournament. The match at Wembley ended with a score of 2:0 in favor of the home team.
English footballers were able to score two goals in three minutes. In the 37th minute, after a pass from Bukayo Saka, Harry Kane scored, and in the 40th minute, Saka himself scored.
England top Group C with 6 points. The British started qualifying with a guest victory over the reigning European champions, the Italian team – 2:1. For the Ukrainians, the Wembley match was the first of the qualifying round.
Group C also includes teams from North Macedonia and Malta.
