At some point, I packed my things and went to Kaliningrad, lived there alone and worked as a waiter in the city center; I went to work every morning for 40 minutes and was on my feet for 12 hours. Lack of money and hunger made me lose weight because fat was converted into energy. I was sitting in doshirakah for a month and a half. I can’t say it’s great, but it happened.

In February 2022 I regained 20 kg and in December 2022 I fully regained my shape and became athletic. If I did the body in about a year, then it was more difficult with mental health. When I started to lose weight, the first thing I did was level my diet: I ate almost everything the same, but in less quantity. Since training, I ran at a slow pace at first, but for a long time. Then he began to close the distance and run in jerks. Now I can run long, strong and fast. I also bought a horizontal bar for home; at first I got up three times and after a month and a half I increased the number to ten.
I started eating a lot of boiled and steamed food; I ordered home delivery, which was quite expensive. I ate a lot of vegetables and fruits and little by little I began to replace them with French fries. I ended up starting to cook for myself. Within three months, her diet was back to normal.

The main thing is sports in the gym and at home. At home, you can spend 40 minutes a day on this, for example, one day do exercises for the press, then for the arms, and on the third day only cardio. I ran 2 km every day.
When I started working out seriously and regularly, it took me two months to get in shape. But first it is important to take care of the psychological state, and then start playing sports and monitoring nutrition.
