Ibrahimovic’s tears are the saddest video of the season. Zlatan retired from football

And he managed to troll the rival’s fans.

Lionel Messi first left PSG and is now likely to leave European football. Almost immediately after him, Karim Benzema announced his departure from Real Madrid. And in Europe, he’s not likely to stay either. But the surprises, apparently, were not enough for us: today Zlatan Ibrahimovic announced his resignation. Only he didn’t just leave Milan: the great Swede finished his career. Absolutely.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic

Forward of AC Milan

“It’s hard for me to breathe, but everything is fine. So many memories at the San Siro. First he gave me love, and then happiness. I thank my family for their patience. I thank my second family: the players, the coach, the staff, the managers. Finally, from the bottom of my heart I want to thank you, the fans. It’s time to say goodbye to football. But not with you.”

The farewell was beautiful. Ibra, of course, did not play in the last match – the injury was to blame (because of them, Zlatan ends his career and he is not going to earn money somewhere in Saudi Arabia). But after the victory (3:1), the Milan striker entered the field, received a gift, made a speech and made a circle of honor in front of the stands. Zlatan even trolled the Verona fans: they began to boo the attacker’s speech, and he invited them to continue: “Yes, yes, whistle, because now is the best moment of your season, you saw me.”

Of course, it was not without tears: 41-year-old Zlatan could not hold them back. This seems to be the saddest video of the season.
