Spanish tennis player Rafael Nadal reacted to Alexander Zverev’s words about his possible retirement.
The German athlete believes that his colleague will play his last matches at the French Open.
“I don’t know what will happen in six months. I have a very good relationship with Zverev, but not enough to share my plans to finish my career with him. The reality is that I am here to play tennis, to aspire to a great 2023, to fight for everything I have fought for throughout my career. Now I don’t think about finishing my career”, foreign media quoted Nadal.
Rafael will face Jack Draper in the first round of the Australian Open. The meeting will take place on January 16.
