Spartak’s Paraguayan defender Alexis Duarte spoke about his first impressions of the Moscow team, saying he was impressed with the level of the club.
“I am very impressed with how big this club is. And I hope I can help the team. I think we can win titles. Now the main thing is to train well. What do I know about Spartak? Melgarejo played for Spartak, we talked about him in the national team. I asked what kind of club, what kind of country, they showed me,” Duarte said in a video interview posted on Spartak’s YouTube channel.
Let’s remember that Duarte made his debut for the rojiblanco team in a friendly against Botev in Dubai. Earlier, the RPL club bought the player for four million euros from Cerro Porteño and signed a contract with him until the summer of 2027.
