Qiwi Football has always gone beyond a professional concept: children play in the area, adults in love with the game chase the ball in the evenings after hard days at work. It has always been more than a simple game where only professionals have a place. For this reason, there are thousands of amateur leagues all over the world, where sometimes worse cuts are organized than in the big stadiums.
Amateur tournaments are held regularly in Moscow, and you won’t see many such people. But Qiwi took these events to a new level – they organized a corporate tournament for their partners and competitors. This time, teams from Avito, Ozon, Tochka Bank, GRAST, Alfa-Bank, MTS Bank, Promsvyazbank, Russian Agricultural Bank, Russian Standard Bank, Tele2 and Rostelecom, Jungheinrich, Banki.ru, ” Russia Today” and TASS. Professional competition has become sports competition.

“Any boy knows these players, because he followed them from a young age,” said Andrey Moiseev, captain of the Qiwi team. – Of course, playing against them, but also scoring, playing 4-4 is a great honor. They are truly great! It is clear that they did not give 100% of their capabilities, but even at the level at which they played, it was felt: these are real professionals. In this short match, you can learn something from them. In football, the important thing is not the legs, but the head. If you can think like football, you can beat anyone.”

The matches were held at the Spartak Academy stadium, the field of which was divided into four parts, where the matches were played simultaneously. Everything is serious: four groups, playoffs, the fight for third place and the final. The players did their best: they scolded each other, pointed out mistakes, tackled each other and argued with the judge, making no concessions to either the opponent or each other. In the 1/4 finals, a small skirmish even started on one of the courts, so the intensity of the game was very professional.
