Admiral signed a contract with goalkeeper Ilya Konovalov, the press service of the Far Eastern club reports. The agreement with the goalkeeper is valid until the end of the 2025/2026 season and is unilateral.

FHR has delegated the rights to host the VHL Russian Hockey Championship
The board of the FHR has decided to delegate the rights to organize the Russian men’s hockey championship to the Major Hockey League Association, the VHL press service reports.
On August 1, 2024, the agreement on the delegation of rights to host the Russian Ice Hockey Championship among men’s teams between the Russian Hockey Federation and KHL LLC was finalized.
A meeting of the VHL board of directors was held today, 7 August, after which it was agreed to conclude an agreement with the FHR on the delegation of rights to host the Russian Men’s Ice Hockey Championship.
In the 2024/2025 season, the All-Russian Hockey League, the Russian men’s team hockey championship, will be held. Today, the FHR invited Russian clubs to participate in the Russian Championship. The list of participants will be confirmed on August 12, 2024.
Lokomotiv has transferred Ivan Chekhovich to the waiver list
Lokomotiv has placed forward Ivan Chekhovich on waivers, the Kontinental Hockey League press service reported.

Spartak have signed a contract with 26-year-old Canadian forward Will Bitten, the club’s press service reports. The deal is for one season.
The forward previously played for Team Canada at the World Junior Championship, was selected by the Montreal Canadiens in the third round of the NHL draft and has played at the AHL level for farm clubs the Minnesota Wild and St. Louis Blues since 2018, becoming a partner in the 2022 Calder Cup finalist.

RUSADA has lifted the temporary suspension of 10 Tolpar players
RUSADA’s Disciplinary Anti-Doping Committee (DAC) has lifted the temporary suspension of 10 Tolpar players, which was imposed on them after meldonium was discovered in their doping tests, the legal agency Clever Consult reported.

Dynamo Minsk terminated the contract of the Canadian centre forward
