The regional tournament series will be held in the Krasnaya Polyana gambling zone (Casino Sochi), in the Primorye gambling zone (Crystal Tiger casino) and in the Siberian Coin gambling zone (Altai Palace casino).
The main distinguishing feature of the Russian Poker Championship is that the Texas Holdem NL and Omaha PL tournaments are held in the “one entry per day” format. The winners of each series of regional tournaments receive a free entry to the main tournament of the Championship in their discipline, as well as accommodation for the duration of the final in the Krasnaya Polyana playing area.
In addition, among the participants of the main tournaments, an annual ranking will be played: for a winning place at each stage of the Championship, the player receives points in the general ranking. The finalist with the most points after the series in December wins and becomes “Russian Player of the Year”.
The regional tournament series will end with the final on December 22, 2023 in Sochi. Players who are among the top 50 participants in the main Russian Poker Cup tournaments in their discipline will be able to participate in the Russian Poker Championship.
The program of the great Russian Poker Championship festival includes two main tournaments: Texas Holdem and PL Omaha. The entrance to each of them in the final will cost 60,000 rubles.
The Russian Poker Championship qualifier prize fund is cumulative. At the end of the season, the winner takes 50% of the total prize fund, second place receives 30%, third place – 20%.

On December 24, after the final of the Russian Poker Championship, the Sochi Casino will organize an award ceremony for representatives of the gambling industry Russian Poker Awards. Professional prizes will be awarded to the best coaches, managing directors and tournament directors. The culmination of the ceremony will be the announcement of the “Best Player of the Year in Russia” based on the results of the Championship qualification.
