The talented Yamal and Wirtz, the experienced Griezmann and Lewandowski. What to expect from the Champions League?

We are trying to predict possible scorers. Today’s matches promise to be productive.
The Champions League is not only a competition between the strongest teams in the European championship, but also the performance of talented footballers. Very interesting matches are planned for today in the first round of the general phase. We have highlighted some of them to evaluate the scoring chances of the star players.
Bonifacio or Wirtz?
The match between Feyenoord and Bayer could be spectacular. Both teams are playing in high-scoring championships and have great players in the attacking line. And Leverkusen often concedes goals and wins heavily – all of which is why fans fell in love with them last season.
There is Florian Wirtz, who has scored in all three Bundesliga games. The bookmakers are offering a 3.20 odds for him to score in the next game. But there is another attacking leader: Victor Boniface. He missed many games last season due to injury. In the last Bundesliga game, the Nigerian scored twice. They are offering a 2.10 odds for his goal.
Feyenoord’s attacking leader is Santiago Jimenez, but the current season has not started so strongly, so a goal for the Dutch club could come from anyone. Please note that bets on his individual total of over 0.5 goals are accepted at 3.20. The best bet would be Wirtz’s goal. The German worked up the courage.
Griezmann is the permanent leader of Atlético de Madrid
Another good sign for today’s Champions League matchday. Two productive teams. Last season in the Champions League, the “colchoneros” trusted Morata and Griezmann. The first one left in the summer, but the Frenchman remains Diego Simeone’s main hope. The odds of his goal in the next match are 2.90.
Newcomer Julian Alvarez still looks like a dark horse. The manager started using the 24-year-old Argentine less frequently, giving him less playing time. But in the last game against Valencia, the former City player came on as a substitute and scored a goal.
Any player can score against Leipzig. Since last season, there have been hopes that Javi Simons will finally break through and start scoring goals for everyone. But in three Bundesliga matchdays his goal-scoring record is zero. You can achieve Simons’ goal at 6:00.
But Louis Openda approaches important matches responsibly. Leipzig recently beat Bayer Leverkusen thanks to a brace from the Belgian. His individual total of over 0.5 goals is rated at 3.20.
But the “boys from the mattresses” are also masters of excellent defence. And Jan Oblak always helps out in dangerous moments. Therefore, the best option would be to consider the possible goalscorers of the Madrid team. And at the moment it is more credible that if someone manages to score it will be Griezmann. He has a lot of experience in this type of matches.
If Lewandowski can’t, Yamal will help
What if Alexander Golovin scores against the Catalans? Then the odds will be 5.00. But this is unlikely, because the Russian midfielder has only recently recovered from an injury. He still needs some time to reach his best form. He is quite capable of giving an assist.
Barcelona have been amazing this season. They destroy everyone in their path. The Catalans lead the La Liga standings, winning all five matches. The club’s performance is in perfect order: 17 goals have already been scored. Lewandowski scored four, Yamal, Rafinha and Olmo scored three each. But the latter is injured. But the young and talented 17-year-old Lamin has an excellent chance of scoring. They offer to bet on his goal at odds of 3.00. In the Spanish Championship, his scoring streak lasts all five rounds.
Lewandowski doesn’t want to age. As the years have gone by, he’s seemed to become even more accurate, resilient and inventive. He has scored in three of his last five games for Barcelona. Bookmakers have more faith in his goalscoring instinct and offer odds of 1.90 for the Pole’s individual total of over 0.5 goals. Plus, if there’s a penalty, Robert will take it.
Champions League Predictions:
Bet 1: Florian Wirtz will score in the match Feyenoord – Bayer Leverkusen at 3.20.
