On the ninth matchday we saw Chernomorets’ first defeat of the season, a miraculous save by the Khimki goalkeeper and another confirmation of the unlimited love for football in Saratov.

Tour event: Chernomorets’ first defeat of the season
It seemed that no one in the First League understood not only how to beat Chernomorets, but also how to score more than one goal against the Novorossiysk team. Shinnik coped with two tasks at once.
The Yaroslavl team inflicted the first defeat of the season on its rival with a beautiful goal. In the 56th minute, Anton Antonov tied the score, and three minutes later, Shinnik forward Igor Andreev scored on a fall. A real highlight of the tour.

Best goal of the tour: Roman Denisov (Neftekhimik)
The best and no less important and valuable goal by Neftekhimik in a match in which the team achieved only its second victory this season. Do you know when the first one was won? In round 1 against Volgar (2-1), in the match that took place almost two months ago (July 16).
Kirill Novikov and the Neftekhimik coaching staff had to work hard to break such an unsuccessful streak in the match against Kuban.

If the win-win fairy tale of Chernomorets has come to an end, then the glorious story of another newcomer to the First League continues. Saratov Sokol, not wanting to give up its position at the top of the standings, played at home with KAMAZ. It was not possible to win: at first Denis Boyarintsev’s team tried to maintain the winning score, then they tied. It is worth highlighting the local goalkeeper, Peter Kosarevsky. It was possible to maintain the tie only thanks to his saves.
The moment of the tour: the rescue of Igor Obukhov (Khimki)
2015 Barcelona plays Bayern Munich in the Champions League semi-finals and is on the brink of its first tournament final in four seasons. It seems that nothing will stop the blue garnets, but the second leg is not going well for the team. In one of the episodes, the ball bounces towards Robert Lewandowski, who hits Marc-Andre ter Stegen at close range. The German saves the team, but the ball treacherously enters the goal. The goalkeeper does not get lost, he manages to get up from the grass and at the last moment takes the ball off the goal tape.
A similar episode occurred in the match between Arsenal and Khimki on matchday 9 of the First League.
In one of the attacks at the beginning of the match, Ansor Khabibov attacked towards the Khimki goal, but hit one of the opposing defenders. The ball went into the corner of the goal away from Igor Obukhov, who reacted to the first blow. The goalkeeper had to get up quickly and, in Ter Stegen style, help his team.

Ter Stegen’s save was recognized as the best at the end of the 2014/2015 season. Obukhov saved his team from the goal when the score was 0:0. Next up is the skill of the Khimki players and a well-deserved victory.

“Leningrad” – “Dinamo” Makhachkala
Kurban Berdyev’s team has not lost since August 6 and the victory in the match against Leninggradets was the second in a row.
The winning goal in the 89th minute was scored by Egash Kasintura, who arrived in Makhachkala from Ufa together with Dynamo’s new general director Shamil Gazizov.

The Krasnoyarsk team finally left the arena and returned to its home stadium, which, in the absence of the owners, was actively preparing for the matches. The return to the Tsentralny stadium was for the match against Rodina.

“SKA-Khabarovsk” – “Volgar”
Let us remember once again that after SKA-Khabarovsk beat Akron, they never won again in the First League. The series, which lasted four games, continued in the home game against Volgar.
For Volgar, by the way, everything is much worse: the team has never won a single match this season, and the point it scored in Khabarovsk was only the third in nine rounds. All after the dismissal of the technician. Was the decision of the Astrakhan team management justified?
“Torpedo” – “Akron”
A match in which some of the favorites from the beginning of the season faced off. However, by the ninth round, both teams had let the leaders come within a few wins.
Roman Yuzepchuk gave Torpedo the victory in the last minute of regulation time. Akron has its third loss in its last five games and no wins.
Now the top four leaders of the First League seem very unexpected. Apart from Alania, neither team was considered a favorite of the season. But the “record favorites” (Torpedo, Khimki, SKA, Rodina, Akron and Enisey) are still lagging behind.
