I want to exercise on the street, but you don’t want to take equipment with you, but are you tired of horizontal bars? There is a way out – take an elastic band. It is very light, if you want you can put it in your pocket. The rubber expander is a universal thing. With it, you can exercise several muscle groups at once.
Today’s complex was prepared by the physical trainers Kalagur brothers. Four exercises await you, each of which is performed for 40 seconds, the rest between them is 20 seconds. Thrusts, bent over rows with straightening, flexion and abduction of the arms in front of you and squats with a snap.
