Swedish Figure Skating Federation demanded the cancellation of the planned American figure-skating exhibition. It was held in Sweden from August 27 to 28th.
“The Swedish Figure Skating Federation has recommended not participating in this project at this time,” the organizers were quoted by the Russian news agency Interfax. “As a result, the host club has been forced to abandon it.”
Trusova was so well-received after the launch of their inaugural master class that 80% of the tickets were sold out. The organizers expressed their support for Trusova, and that’s a testament to how great this event was.
