Dior launches campaign for new men’s poetry collection

Dior showed an advertising campaign for the new men’s fall-winter 2022 collection. The line combines counterculture and fashion, Parisian style and elements of modern American sportswear, monochrome and contrast.

The inspiration for the campaign was the images of the rebellious poets of the beat generation (existentialist-writers), who originated in the 1940s within the walls of Columbia University. Excerpts from the works of one of the most prominent representatives of the direction, Jack Kerouac, are placed in the background.

Menswear Creative Director Kim Jones showcased jackets, sweaters, shirts, slacks, jeans, T-shirts and accessories in a wide range of colors from bright green to calming beige. The line also includes updated versions of the Saddle, Tote and Lingot bags.

Previously, Dior opened a new concept store in Seoul. The facade of the building is somewhat reminiscent of the historical flagship of the fashion house in Paris. Read more here.
