The trailer for the comedy The Pod Generation has been released online. It premiered on January 19 at the Sundance Film Festival. The film will be released worldwide on August 11.
The film is set in the near future. The plot tells about artificial intelligence, which has penetrated into all spheres of life. A couple, Rachel and Alvy, want to have a baby, and the local reproductive center offers them a co-pregnancy service using an artificial uterus.
The film stars Emilia Clarke (Game of Thrones) and Chiwetel Ejofor (A Beautiful Mind). In addition to them, Rosalie Craig (“My Family and Other Animals”), Vinetta Robinson (“Black Mirror”), Katherine Hunter (“Orlando”) and Jean-Marc Barr (“The Blue Abyss”) starred in the tape. Directed by Sophie Barthez (Madame Bovary).
Emilia Clarke will play Oscar Wilde’s wife in the new Sophie Hyde film. The tape will tell about the Irish writer Constance Lloyd.
